This heirloom variety produces large flattened heads. They have great flavor and they store well. Great for making salads or sauerkraut! Sow seeds .25-.5" deep every 4" apart in rows that are 24-36" apart. Thin seedlings to a final spacing of 18-24". Plants require full sun. Germinates in 5-14 days. Sow every 3-4 weeks for a continuous crop.
